Until recently, I was tracking the books I read only on Goodreads. But I wanted to see more visually what I've been reading and how my habits have changed over the years. So I used MindMeister to create a mind map. I created a bubble for each book I've read since 2006 (at least as far as I could remember), and colour-coded them in one of five categories:
Fiction
Non-fiction: History / Memoirs / Biographies
Non-fiction: General
Non-fiction: Business / Entrepreneurship
Geopolitics / World (but not exactly History or Memoirs)
You can check out the full, updated, high-res map at this link.

Some observations:
Early years was more Fiction. After that, Fiction reads have been less than one a year.
At 25 books read, 2021 was the most active reading year (not that it matters anymore).
Till 2022, I never read two books at once. Always finished one and moved to the next.
… which also meant, I hardly ever left a book incomplete.

I read physical books (hardcovers > paperbacks), on my phone, on my iPad (Kindle earlier), and also occasionally listen on Audible.
Have you heard of the term Antilibrary by Nassim Nicholas Taleb / Umberto Eco, or of Tsundoku?
